Great stay with awesome staff!

Perfect location near Disney and downtown Celebration! Jennifer was fantastic—always checking in and super friendly. The room was cozy, and we loved the poolside snack bar for quick bites. Just a heads up, there were some minor repairs happening, which were a bit annoying. Overall, made our trip special, especially for the kids!

The pool area was fantastic for my kids. With the beach-type entrance, they could splash around safely, while I relaxed knowing they were having fun. The staff was super friendly, making check-in and poolside activities enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more activities for older kids, like sports or game rooms, to keep them entertained longer.

We checked in with a warm welcome from Nicole, who made our arrival seamless. The spacious Meliá Room was a delight, and mornings were perfect with great coffee from the lobby machine. The restaurant impressed with delicious meals. Don't miss the lovely pool area for a relaxing afternoon!

The dog-friendly environment was a highlight of our stay, and the activities around the theme pool greatly added to our enjoyment, even if we didn't partake in the swimming.

While the pool area was nice, it felt underutilized during my stay, and the lack of proactive communication about these issues was disappointing.

Just a good pick for a walk in the evening in Orlando with definitely value for money. I asked to upgrade to a suite, and the friendly staff made it easy and memorable. Make sure to check for special deals on room upgrades.
